Why we're here
Somebody had to do this properly.
Ottawa weather does what it does. Ice builds at the eaves, water backs up under the shingles, and by the time anyone notices, a family is suddenly making a five-figure decision about something they've never had to think about before — usually under pressure, usually from strangers knocking on the door.
Our answer is the boring one: turn up, look properly, photograph everything, explain it in words a normal person can act on, and then do the work we said we'd do. No project is too big or too small. We handle complete roofing systems of every kind, and the solar systems that go with them.

Everything is documented
Inspections come with photographs of visible and hidden damage. You get the file. Your adjuster gets the file. Nobody has to take anyone's word for anything.

We stop the water first
Emergency tarping goes on before the paperwork starts. A claim can take weeks. Your ceiling can't.

We're still here afterwards
We don't collect in full until the job is finished and you're satisfied. Something comes up later, you call, we come back. That's the whole deal.
